Data Deletion Instructions

You can ask Artifex to delete the data our application "Artifex Ops" and your dashboard hold about your business at any time.

Step 1. Remove our access (stops new data)

Open business.facebook.com/settings.
Go to Users → Partners, select Artifex.
Click Remove (or remove Artifex from each ad account and Page).

Step 2. Ask us to delete stored data

Email mail@artifex.nyc with the subject "Data deletion request" and include your business name and ad account ID (or your dashboard address, e.g. yourcompany.artifex.mobi).

Within 30 days we delete your advertising data (campaigns, ads, creatives previews, metrics), dashboard sign-in emails and sessions, and close your dashboard. We reply to confirm when deletion is complete. We may keep a minimal record that the request was fulfilled, and documents we are legally required to retain (such as invoices).
