Terms of Service

These terms apply to the Artifex client dashboards (*.artifex.mobi) and to the "Artifex Ops" application that Artifex uses to work with Meta advertising on behalf of its clients.

The service

Artifex provides advertising management and reporting to its clients. The dashboard shows a client the performance of the Meta ad accounts the client has connected to Artifex. Dashboards are available only to email addresses invited by Artifex at the client's request.

Access you grant

You connect your ad account and Page by giving the Artifex business portfolio access in Meta Business Settings. You choose the access level (for example, view-only performance access). You can remove access at any time; the dashboard then stops updating. You remain the owner of your accounts, Pages, ads and payment methods.

Acceptable use

Do not share your sign-in links, attempt to access other clients' dashboards, or interfere with the service. We may suspend access that breaks these rules.

Data and figures

Figures come from Meta and may change as Meta updates its reporting. The dashboard is informational; the numbers in Meta Ads Manager and your Meta invoices are authoritative. Our handling of data is described in the Privacy Policy.

Liability

The dashboard is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Artifex is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from its use. Advertising services themselves are governed by the separate agreement between Artifex and the client.
